Clean and affordable need I say more? We came here after we lost our house in a fire, the staff have done so much for us from helping with rate increases to answering hundreds of our questions. They certainly keep busy and I've only ever seen smiles on their faces. The manager Nick is polite, helpful and has a sense of urgency which is rare these days. As a District Manager of a well known chain this is exactly what I look for when promoting or hiring someone. I would recommend Extra Space Storage to a friend or relative.

BEWARE! The guy that goes by the name “Chris” possibly lied about his name might be Nick. He is unprofessional has a horrible attitude and is not helpful or friendly. He constantly locks the door to the main entrance during open hours. The bathroom is out of order and has not been fixed. I recently went there to get a few things the sidewalk was never salted, shoveled, or plowed. The doors were not working and the elevator was broken. The amount of money everyone pays for these units this is unacceptable!!! The place is filthy and it is not TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED! The place is freezing hence why the bathroom is broken pipes most likely froze up. When I first signed up in November the guy at the time was very nice whoever this new store employee is should be fired. DO BETTER!

**UPDATE** THEY REPLIED WITH A PHONE NUMBER I CALLED AND SPOKE TO NICK AND HE TOLD ME THEY JUST REPLY TO MAKE IT LOOK GOOD AND OFFERED ME ABSOLUTELY NO RESOLUTION BEWARE OF THIS CORRUPT COMPANY!!! Horrible company. Went 2 days after a snow storm. Lot still not plowed, no walking path. Doors not working. They raise rates constantly and the pics and video ive attached show you how efficiently they run the company. Nick at the desk told me, whilst chatting on his cellphone, that they are going to put a service request in for the broken door...

I love this place! My husband and I needed a place for our goods since we are senior citizens now and they only give you a small amount of space to keep things at the senior center. Nick the manager is delightful. He goes out of his way to help customers and he runs out to the car to get the check when we bring it by to make a payment because he knows its tough for us to get in and out of the car at our age. Nick is so kind, he keeps the facility clean and he always treats everybody with respect. Its hard to find someone who loves what they do the way Nick does. We always joke that we are lucky Nick isn't selling cars or we would be out of money! The facility is excellent but without Nick were afraid it would go downhill. 10/10 Stars Nick!

Ever since Andrew left and the new management took over, this place has gone downhill. Always extremely dirty and half the time i walk in it is freezing cold so definitely not 24/7 climate controlled. Bathroom is digusting and never any soap. In my pictures there are piles of trash sitting for almost a week. They have an entire 10×10 unit with cleaning supplies but never clean. Do better extra space dover.
