Three Years of Storage at Fire Road
Three years ago, we started with one unit, went to two, back to one unit, and today, we are out of this facility for good. We used the climate controlled units each time. Good experience with Stephen, the manager of the facility on Fire Road in Egg Harbor Township. Stephen was always informative, competent, and responded to us if we asked for him specifically. The facilty is clean and well maintained. Very convenint to the Atlantic CIty Expressway. ALl movers that we used appreciated the easy access from the Garden State Expressway too. Recommend this Cubesmart because of Stephen's management of the facility.

My experience haven’t been pleasant or good. I asked if the storage fee would change and I was told r wouldn’t, I do not recall reading it. I haven’t been with the company for 6 months and my fee went up over $40. It’s hard to contact a representative or the people in the store. I was charged some sort of fee after I was already a customer, I had two locks and they told me I had to get another from them and then I could return theirs within 30 days which was mind bothering bme cause again I had my own 2. When I called I received information and when I went in person there were different people and different information again. The new storage I moved to was so gross I had to ask if it was a joke. I understand it’s just a storage unit but why would someone want to store their belongings in that mess and pay for it? I was given the worst customer service from the computer check in person that was my last straw. When the weather is better I hope to remove my belongings. I have other things that were so wrong and I would not recommend. Also if I could give a 0 I would not a 1.
michael nashJust a great experience every time I have dealt with Steve and Amanda. Truly amazing customer service! Always answer the phone or will call right back. The place is clean and the office is inviting and friendly. In the past three or four years, I’ve been there numerous times, and each time they seem to outdo the last time I was there, in their professionalism and courtesy. Truly amazing people, they are a treasure to this company.
