Beverly EpsteinI would like to share my experiences that I have had, and still have with Kelley and Michele at the Extra Space Storage in Freehold, NJ. I had a 10 x 10 unit at this location, and had a problem with my key. Kelly took care of it immediately. She came and sawed it off, and replaced it right then and there. My time is up with the larger unit. I could not afford to keep it, so I opted for a smaller unit. Both women were supportive, and helped me through the move. I misunderstood the move out date with the larger unit, so they helped me with that. In fact, there was no problem that they could not, or did not solve with kindness, understanding, and support. You just don’t find people like that at many of the establishments today. I am lucky to have them, and so are you.

When I went to put items in my unit the manager was available to help me open the door. So far so good, I’ve been pleased with the staff and cleanliness of the facility.
