We've had a very disappointing experience with this storage facility. Upon arriving, the unit was in extremely poor condition - cobwebs, dead bugs, mice feces - it was clear the space had not been cleaned or maintained before we moved in. For $240 a month, I expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, we've had to throw away several belongings, including a couch and all of our mattresses, despite having used proper protective covers. We're likely going to have to toss out even more items, once we're able to move out. It's clear the facility doesn't prioritize cleanliness or upkeep, and I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending it to others. If you have other storage options, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

I have had to use storage units in many cities in my travels and they have all been business as usual where nothing really stood out, but I must say that this facility impressed me with its quality of service and the way that the staff especially a man named Craig who ran the operation at extra storage space my questions were answered intelligently and his attention to detail and professional assistance was greatly appreciated. I felt at ease with my things being handled. I recommend this facility for your needs and I recommend you ask for Craig, you will be very happy you did.

CRAIG- the office manager is an amazing person. He’s very understanding and willing to accommodate and work with all his clients to ensure 100000% satisfaction. He is also willing to go out of his way to ensure all questions are answered in full and his customers are confident in his facility. Please give Craig a raise. Not only was he patient and very helpful, he made this process very smooth. The online system was not working so he jumped right in to assist with my needs. I appreciate all the efforts. Need more Craig's in the world!
