The facility is very clean and secure. It's a convenient, easily accessible location for me. But it's a little more expensive than other storage units. And there are hidden fees - an "electricity charge"! - that no one ever mentioned until I was ready to pay. And of course don't forget the sales tax, which again wasn't mentioned anywhere as far as I remember.
So far not so good, all seemed well at the beginning, then got charged 2 different fees. I was on automatic payments and when asked about it, the manager said it was a glitch and happened to everyone but HQ only alloted him to take off a fee one time per person per year. Even though it wasn't my fault still had to pay one of those fees. Then after 3 months the rent increased over 10% per month. The prices are on the mid to high side depending on rate increases. The employees seem nice but the fee mess up could have been handled better by the manager. Will start looking for another place.
