If I could leave less stars I would. Very predatory practices! I got this account October 2024 and was charged $87 for the rent $20 for insurance and roughly $15 for taxes and fees. 3 months later they upped my rent to $120 plus $15 for taxes and fees and $20 for insurance. It stayed like that until a month ago when I decided to downsize the unit because I was looking online and saw that the 10 x 10 unit was still listed for $87 even though I was paying $120 for the exact same unit Base price. I go to look and downsize and the lady told me to do it on the first of the month, so it would be an easy transition. It was not easy, they charged me for both units and the man I spoke with the day of told me that he would get it refunded that it was their mistake and that someone would call me. No one called me, no refund was issued. You’re supposed to be charged on the first of each month, I was charged on 2nd of November even though I have an email saying I moved out on 1 November. I also got an email about that starting December 1st 2025 I would’ve been charged 140 per month plus $20 insurance and $15 tax. Reading some of the other reviews and seeing that people got up to $250 a month after two years is very very true! If I would’ve not looked at it or been so upset about the money, it would have gone up. These people are very shady. It’s very untrustworthy and to be honest a lot of storage units are charging over $100 a month and doing the same thing where they reel you went for the first two or three months and then jack up the prices 50% so that you don’t move because who has the time to move everything out of a unit. I would definitely never go back! And the second that I find a place to put my things I am canceling my account. It’s disgusting to think how much money they make off of that property and how little they care about customers being charged $250 for 10x10

Called earlier today to hear about pricing and what sized units they have to offer. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and kind! I will be making a reservation like she recommended at the end of the month when my lease on my unit with uhaul is up.

Ive had a storage unit here for a few years. Its the biggest headache, EVER! They charge you multiple fees if youre slightly late. The rates are constantly increasing. There's a new, unprofessional employee every time you're there. Okay, fine I'm paying the additional added fees. Then, they call a few days later to tell u they've cut your lock off n gone through all of your things, AFTER you've paid the bill in full. Its inconsistent and ridiculous. You think u put u something in storage it'll be there when u go back next, its not. Sometimes you can't even get in AND its been paid. The employee laughing at me on the other line. "Haha you're locks been cut off, she said to me." I would NOT recommend this place.

They suck they rope you in with low Internet numbers then they consistently raise your rates. I am now paying $275 a month for an outside 10 x 10 stay away from this place.So now after the bad review they are dropping my monthly payment to 220 for 3 months while offering new tenants 64 +tax for the same unit wow they really take care of their existing tenants.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
