Great Service and there to help
I am dealing with an unexpected event that required me to store furniture and appliances from a living space in Ocean City. I found Storage Sense online and quickly reserved a unit in Ocean City. However, as my move-in day came up, Brittany, from Storage Sense Mamora Office, provided me additional information and it so happened, I learned the Mamora facility was actually closer to me that the Ocean City facility. She was able to move my reservation to the Mamora facility quickly and provided such great attention and care during that 1st day that it totally put me right at ease and allowed me to focus on dealing with my situation and not worry at all about the storage activity. I highly recommend Storage Sense and appreciate the awesome people that work there.

Streamlined
It was a pretty streamlined process. I did have a minor hiccup where my unit would not open, but I just picked a new unit otherwise all good and the representative that I dealt with Brittany was very kind.

Afew months ago I called and I spoke to a young lady named Britney and I needed some information on possibly renting a unit. And she was very helpful. She took her time. She had patience. I ended up going somewhere else because I needed another storage unit closer to where I lived, but she went above and beyond to give me the information that I needed, and even though I didn’t get a unit there, she was very helpful and very sweet and if I know of anyone that needs a storage unit out that way, I will definitely refer them to Brittany thanks again, Brittany 💕

Mindy DennyThe units are easy to access, clean, well maintained and the BEST part? There's a DUMPSTER. I said it. Of course, it's for emergencies only, not to be taken advantage of yada, yada, yada, but most other storage facilities I've rented from between here and Philly don't even have trash CANS. The flexibility of the staff (re: Britney) is very nice as well. Sincerely.
C HenleyThere is so much to say about this location, all positive of course. I'll start by saying that I had the most pleasant experience during my visit to pick up a few packaging supplies. Customer service is top tier; Brittany Mulkey surely does know how to encourage a customer like me to return just by her kindness and knowledge of all things Storage Sense. The fact that you all offer a discount when purchasing multiple items is a plus too. I'll be back for sure!
