Missing lock
I paid for my unit and was told that the lock would be waiting in a welcome bag when I arrived and it wasn't. We had to go buy one from Lowe's because there wasn't anyone in the office.

Kimberly BeckExtra MICE Storage - unit 3003 WARNING! I lost ALL of my upholstered furniture that was expertly shrink wrapped to a MOUSE INFESTATION. Worse I spent $4,800 storing it and Extra Space Storage will not refund me. All in I’ve lost almost $20,000. I’m devastated. District managers and corporate practices are horrible. On site management tried to be helpful, but were silenced. See you court, unfortunately.
Padma RajanJose is the Man - courteous and helpful - a real gentleman. The location is right on Tonelle but entry from 83rd street, which is also great. The units are clean and easily accessible. We are quite happy with our choice!
