Had a few last minute issues with moving my stuff, and Justin the manager went above and beyond to make things as easy as possible for me. Great customer service and all around great guy!
I went in on a Sunday which was one of the reasons I chose this place and the young lady in the office was so nice. (I went shopping around and other places in the area were not so pleasant) She took me to see the unit to make sure everything would fit and explained how the alarm and gate worked. The paperwork was easy and everything was explained.
I was greeted so well, I felt comfortable and felt like more of a "family" rather than a customer.. I like the dual security measures in place. The area my storage unit is in is very easy to get to and find. The facility is in good condition.. Even outside is clean, nothing broken. I like this facility,, it is in a good location as well. Is it a safe facility? Yes, I believe so.

The facility is extremely clean and well taken care of. They explain everything to you when you are doing paper work. Each building is sucured with a security system as well as each unit. Also the buildings are heated during the winter, I would guess they have AC in summer too.
