Julie is Phenomenal!!! Very detailed and professionalism flowed effortlessly!! The entire move in process was Great!! I travelled 30 minutes and past several storage facilities and I am glad I did. I had no idea what was waiting for me upon my arrival. I had the privilege to observe the interaction between Julie and the customers ahead of me. Julie was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail. I was excited to step up to the desk upon my turn. WOW before the customers left we all had a wonderful Chuckle followed by laughter therapy!! It was a great feeling. It was actually hard to leave lol Julie is warm, inviting, and made us all feel like we were V.I.P’s. True Gem!! The grounds and inside of the building was exceptionally clean. Plenty of Carts can be found at the entry doors for convenience. Julie helped me sign my lease, with ease and explained everything, due to my lack of modern online technology!! The Pricing is Great!! This was truly an A-PLUS experience!! Keep Up the Wonderful Work!!

Front desk person was very helpful, friendly,and answered all my questions about everything. First time renting a storage unit. She showed me around units all different sizes very useful entrances. 5x10,10x10,5x15 5x7.5 and easy access elevator. Highly recommend. Will be renting out more storage unit in the near future.

Customer service was very warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly.

I think more carts should be provided- especially larger ones- sometimes I have trouble procuring one. There is a problem w / people parking directly in front of entrances- a few times cars blocking my ability to gain access to my facility.

The reason I gave it 3 stars is because the day I was moving in there was a big truck blocking the back entrance that was loading as if they own the entire facility, they may or may not I do not know that. Secondly, behind the truck, there were 2 storage units open, and guys in motorcycles hanging out in the storage units also blocking with the motorcycles for anyone to unload. As a woman, it is a bit intimidating to enter an isolated establishment by yourself and see so many men blocking the entrances and areas to unload. Finally, inside the storage on the second floor there was a guy for hours in his unit, listening to a podcast just hanging out. Weird. Overall great price and great customer service.
