Jessica continuously goes above and beyond to address all of my concerns! She is very attentive and definitely knows how to prioritize a customer's needs. The facility is very well kept compared to other storage facilities I have used in the past. Overall, I'm very glad I moved my belongings here :)

I have moved out of state since I stored. Jessica went above and beyond to make sure I knew my belonging I have stored are always in good hands as well as quickly resolved any rate issues. Here’s the kicker.. I am employed by your competitor but because of Jessica I felt her facility was exactly where my precious items would be safe. I have NEVER once, from the time I stored, was put on the waste side if I had to leave a message she would immediately call me back and resolve anything I asked of her.
