★☆☆☆☆ Avoid This Place at All Costs – Predatory, Dishonest, and Completely Unprofessional I wish I could give zero stars. This facility is the worst storage experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve used many. 1. Bait-and-switch pricing: They lured me in with a reasonable rate. The moment all my belongings were moved in and I was locked into the unit, they more than doubled my rent (over 100% increase) with almost no notice. Pure predation on customers who can’t easily move everything out overnight. 2. Water damage due to faulty door seal: When I finally emptied the unit, multiple items were ruined by water intrusion. The rubber seal on the door was cracked and clearly defective. I filed an insurance claim weeks ago and they still haven’t processed it or even acknowledged responsibility; just endless run-around. 3. Insane lock extortion on move-out: After I swept the unit clean and removed every last item, I snapped the lock shut on an empty unit before driving away (I thought that was the responsible thing to do so no one could use it). They refused to terminate my lease and threatened to keep charging me until I personally drove 3 hours round-trip to cut the lock off myself. They literally held my account hostage over their own lock on an empty unit. Absolute insanity. Customer service is nonexistent, communication is slow or hostile when it happens at all, and they clearly don’t care about anything except squeezing every possible dollar out of you. Do yourself a huge favor and store your belongings literally anywhere else. This place is a scam wrapped in a storage unit. I will never use them again and I strongly recommend you don’t either.

No problem I’m going The only reason I taking my Rv out is because I’m moving to Florida otherwise, I would move my RV safe place happy with the place

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE OF NO BUSINESS!! I PAID TO GET MY UNIT ONLINE. IM SITTING HERE WITH AN OPEN SIGN AND NO ONE IS HERE, GATE CODE PROVIDED DOES NOT WORK & I’VE NO PLACE TO UNLOAD MY TRUCK FULL OF PACKED BOXES ON 01/19/2023 THURSDAY @ 11:47am. ILL BE GETTING MY MONEY REFUNDED. THERE IS NO SERVICE HERE BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY & THE WORST SERVICE EVER!
