New to the area, called to find a storage unit, surely made the process easy and explained everything over the phone. Went to the location to see the different storage units available picked out two of them because the facility is clean and secure, and it has easy access to the highway from base.
Very clean and secure
The unit is very clean with cameras all over the facility. Carts are available to help moving larger items. Price is fair compared to other climate controlled storage units.

No issues with storage
We have been using this facility for several months now and I have no complaints at all. Even with all the rains this past year we experienced no wetness or flooding. Facility has always been clean whenever I have been inside. Dollies to help move are a blessing and in good working order. Would definitely recommend.

Rented from this place for about 9 months. Really nice staff answered phone calls and texts all the time and I'm really surprised that it really was cool all the time as a storage unit. Really professional service was amazing. I'm so glad that I'm able to give them five stars and showcase some of the storage unit. Definitely a great place to use. No problems. I actually use one of their locks in house and just returned it. Texted her. She canceled future months. No problems. It's just great to have a stress-free. No hassle smooth process when renting a store edge unit
Dave PI utilized their service during my deployment and I was satisfied. Service was amazing and was easy to get ahold of them. They are always willing to work with you based on your situation. For the military, this is needed. Easy to move in and out. Rolling flat carts available to use. There is a small elevated platform on the side of the building to offload. This was useful loading in a truck and uhaul. I highly recommend!
Eric ZygmuntNice place until my Unit was broken into. Thief got through the building code lock with a name attached and cameras to cut my lock and had enough time to hand pick things from my unit. Happened a few times to more than just me.
MandoAnneThe 2 carts provided are often broken and dirty. Last time I went there was improvement. Also, contacting customer service is not easy. But Shirley is helpful and friendly when you can contact her. The facility is secure with cameras. Lots of hardware outside that might puncture tires. The staff needs to sweep around where vehicles drive.
Zachary bradyStay cool is a great option for storage in the Alamogordo area, affordable and the facility looks nice. Only giving 4 stars and not 5 because the northside door does not unlock from the inside forcing you to either prop the door open while you are there or walk to the complete other side of the building and use the south side door, if that was fixed id leave 5 stars!
