So I usually buy auctions and I've been doing this for about 8 years this was the first time I had a worker or manager deny I need service right as they close because I got a unit taken care of. She didn't even give me the time of day which was ridiculous mostly for someone who buys auction unit. This will be my last time by a unit from these people and I feel bad for the manager that has to come from Santa Fe she she gave me excellent service. If I would remember her name I would tell them I would appreciate it on here. All I wanted was my deposit and that would have taken like a minute or two at most. If you see an older lady made forties late 40s definitely do not get service or go to this storage facility.
Louhi LepistoReally nice big inside storage but later I found out that poor security as you see pictures. Hope they will do something to fix better security my storage. There neat storage area.
Felese RussThe staff were nice and courteous. I did have an issue with changing the storage to a bigger one. He kept asking me why and I told him it was due to me having more than what I thought and he still wouldn't do it. But as far as the service it was cool.

ToRuleTheNightI had intended on a renting a unit there this past weekend. The office manager was friendly, but the place looked SO sketchy. I watched four people literally walk up to the gate off the street, appearing to be homeless, punch in the gate code and walk right in. I saw just as many leave the same way. This was over the course of 15 minutes. I asked the manager, "What is the deal, are people living here?" And she said, "Oh yeah, this place is crazy." "Now, why in the world would I ever want to rent a unit here?" I thought to myself. I politely cancelled the unit reservation, and the manager said, "I totally understand".
