Gabriela BorgesUnfortunately, I did not have a good experience. I lost about half of my belongings due to a rat infestation at this facility. Many items were contaminated with rat droppings and urine. The units appear to be too exposed to the outdoors, which likely contributed to the issue. In the future, I will only use a fully enclosed, climate-controlled storage facility.
