I set up a unit online, it was very easy to do. The keys and locks were ready for me the next morning, and Mike was so friendly and helpful in getting me set up—the entire process took less than 15 minutes. I love that the access hours are consistent across weekends and holidays, so I can always access my things. I also really like that you can get in the front gate with Bluetooth instead of having to remember a key or a code. I was a little apprehensive about keeping some of my things in a storage unit, given Albuquerque’s crime rates, but this location has already accounted for that and uses locks that can’t be opened by bolt cutters, so everything feels very secure. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience so far. I would definitely recommend this Extra Space location and Mike!
