While I appreciate that you're the most affordable unit I could find, I can't help feeling like y'all are capitalizing on people's suffering right now. In fact, if you lowered prices, you'd probably have triple the clientele of your competitors. I'm here because I need to be, and the woman who worked with me was lovely, but I don't appreciate the general price gauging.

The staff at extra space storage, went above and beyond to answer any and all questions. They made sure I got into a storage unit that sane day. Serena was a little bust however she contacted another facility to ask them if they would call me and get my paperwork completed over the phone.she took it even a step further and went and introduced herself and made sure everything ran smoothly... great teamwork and customer service

Beware of extreme rate changes!!
Rented a 5x5 unit for $35 months on May 3. Nowhere on the paperwork or ad did it mention the rate was only good for a limited time days! Received notice in July that my rent was being adjusted to the "market rate" price of $70 effective September 3!!! Too much for a 5x5 unit. Planning to move to a different, less expensive facility.

I recently rented a small storage unit here and had a wonderful experience. The lady working there (Carla) was extremely helpful and friendly. She made the entire transition smooth and stress free. She personally showed me where my unit was and even cleaned it out before I started moving my things in. It’s rare to see that level of customer service these days, and I really appreciated her kindness and professionalism.
ElaineExtra Space Storage is absolutely amazing. Truly. I've hit such a difficult patch in my life right now, and knowing that my belongings are safe... that means the world to me. One of the things I love so much about Extra Space is the fact that I can talk to actual humans when I need help. No bots, none of the "gatekeeping" done by the automated systems. I always have the option to speak to a person. My belongings have been there for a few months now, and I really am happy. I love that there are so many on site cameras 📷 Also, no matter wheb I go, the Extra Space Storage area is ALWAYS clean, there is never any trash anywhere, it is super clean. That really makes a difference. At my particular location, Carla the manager, and Helena are angels. Even when you call them they greet you in such a friendly way. I was initially so afraid to use ANY storage facility, that process is new to me. I had an expectation of being hassled, the process being difficult, rules/regulations being unclear, but I have encountered none of that. I have encountered transparency, which really does build trust. I feel like I won the lottery by finding Extra Space, particularly this location because of the unbelievable kind and fair treatment I've received from Carla and Helena. They really do care! I would recommend Extra Space 100,000 times over to any family or friends, especially women. Thank you so much Extra Space- and thank you Carla and Helena for taking care of me! EXTRA SPACE IS THE WAY TO GO!!! Thank you.
