But experience with the manager when I talk to him by the phone, in any place they understand situations , and this guys was completely wide behaved, like zombie,. I was trying to work with him about my payment, he should help to the costumer in the best way, but he was just lost and just saying I don’t see in the computer why your payment is higher then what should be. Horrible experience and frustrating.

I've had my things in storage here for several years. I was moving my things to another place closer to my home. When I went to get my things out of Shield Storage it was full of dirt. Not dust, dirt. See photos. They said this was normal because my stuff has been undisturbed for several years. I have asthma. It wasn't good for me to be in there. Thankfully a man was nearby with a blower. I had to sit in my truck as he blew it out and I waited for the dust to settle and the gas fumes to dissipate. The people here are nice and helpful. I've never had an issue except for the dirt encounter. The pricing was comparable to other places.

We were greeted by Bo. He is very friendly excellent customer service. He made the renting process easy and was very knowledgeable Bo definitely went above and beyond the call of duty I truly feel valued as a customer give Bo a raise he deserves it

Rueben assisted me finding the right size unit. He was so patient with me. He did all the paperwork and since I had been a previous customer it was fast and easy. He said he was going to make sure he swept it out for me. The only thing I still have not received is a copy of the bill I paid. But everything else is great. Close to my house so very convenient.
