Online reservation process was smooth and transparent. When I arrived, the guidelines were clearly outlined and it took no time at all to get into the unit. The storage locker itself was very clean, comfortable temperature, and excellent size for the asking price. The staff onsite was very helpful with facilitating the load-in from my vehicle. Shoutout Tamara, Viola, and Christina for all your patience and assistance. Each time I've visited so far, they and the rest of the staff have been nothing but kind and gracious, and I'm very grateful.
The office was very helpful and efficient. The facility was easy to check in, unload, and find our unit. Coming from a somewhat country setting to downtown Brooklyn was intimidating and we were nervous about using a storage unit. This place made it simple and easy.
