Andrew is so easy to work with and friendly! The whole process was quick and easy. The units are very clean; the ease of moving in was the best. They have carts on wheels which were SO helpful and a loading dock. Best storage facility I have used yet by far!

Great indoor lockers. You get a key fob to get in and out. Many many different sized units. Extremely easy to contact the management. If someone needs a storage locker I definitely would look at this place.
Jack PrestonBeen using them for extra storage for almost a year and I love that it's temperate controlled and you need a fob to even get in the building. They also have bathrooms but you do need a code to use them that they do provide when you first get your unit. Affordable and communicative

The facility was very clean and easy to navigate, and had all the equipment necessary to transport your items in and out. Other customers that I met at the storage facility were raving about the wonderful service Andrew (the owner) provided. And they were correct! Andrew is very genuine, accommodating, and has a great sense of humor, which made the experience all the more pleasant.

Andrew was easy to work with, personable, and easy to get in contact with. He was helpful in identifying how much space we would need. To be pro-active, he reserved extra space just in case, which was needed on our move day! Our experience took much of the stress out of moving. I often don't write reviews, so for me to write this means that I really had a positive experience. If you need storage in the Capital Region check this place out.
