Top notch customer service
I went in with a unit in mind for a cost I liked. Jay actually found me one a little cheaper that was even a bit larger and closer to the elevator - sweet! It all worked out perfectly. I'm pretty sure I interrupted his dinner when I came in but he immediately helped me, took his time and showed me a few different units. This guy really went above and beyond to help me out. I couldn't be more appreciative of him. I'd recommend this facility to people mostly because of Jay. The place has extended access hours for auto pay, which is nice.

The StorQuest building is so clean that it appears brand new. The manager, Dave, is friendly, helpful, and efficient in getting you set up in your space. There are plenty of moving carts at the entry point. Two things I would wish for: (1) an app to operate the gate from oneﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s phone so you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to get out of the car to do that, and (2) access to the restroom when the main office is closed. Excellent storage facility overall.

Sherice was very good in clearing up the misunderstanding that was purported to me by a fellow co-worker of hers. The facility was well maintained and I will be leaving my personal items in her care until I can get into my new place! Thank you & G-d Bless
Michelle ReneeI’m downgrading my previous 5 star review. I was under the impression that my unit was $71/month. After 3 months, the price is now $94/month. At no time was I told that the real price is $94/month. I definitely would have remembered that. All Sherice could do is shrug her shoulders and say that it’s in my lease. It was not mentioned verbally. MAKE SURE TO ASK WHAT THE REAL PRICE OF THE UNIT IS. Also, I misspelled my username on my account. I asked if I can have it corrected, Sherice said that they can’t do that, they can only reset the password. I just went to my account and it says to call the office to make changes to info on your account. 🙄 ************ I went to StorQuest a few weeks ago to view the storage spaces and Sherice showed me around - very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up renting the space and when I checked in, Shetice showed me around, told me the rules, etc. Again, very professional. The facility appears to be very clean and is easily accessible.
