Moving in a hurry
I had lived in my apartment for a while,I had to move quickly. I was unable to find a place. So into a storage unit I go. The process was quick and easy. And when 2 weeks later I realized I needed more space, they found me a bit close to my 1st, combined accounts, and even gave me the discount that had been going on when I rented originally. It was a fast same day process and everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you all for saving the day.
Pricey but fast.
The website is not as intuitive as I would like. However after realizing that the reserve action did not lead to a rent action, then I understood. Don't even bother with reserve, just go to rent on the main page. Other than this though, the phone support people were helpful. We were physically in the storage unit within a couple hours.
