Highly Recommended Storage Facility
I recently signed up for a storage unit at the Farmingdale location and had an outstanding experience, thanks to James. From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and provided a detailed overview of the facility. James even walked me through the building, showing me the entrance, elevator, and taking me all the way to my unit on the second floor. Along the way, he pointed out everything I needed to know, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. His friendliness and professionalism were truly appreciated. The facility itself is easy to find, convenient location spotless—clean, odor-free, and cool. My unit was in perfect condition: great location, perfect size, and exceptionally clean. I’m beyond satisfied with both the service and the facility and would highly recommend Prime Storage in Farmingdale to anyone in need of storage solutions.

Throughout the 5-year tenure billing was effortless, and the staff was always helpful. James (General Manager), has been superb in every respect, especially in helping me with the move-out process. Called the number and they gave me the emergency override code and that didn’t work either. What good is a storage unit if it can’t be accessed?
