I have a wonderful experience with Prime Storage on Dix Avenue in Queensbury / Hudson falls. May was not only helpful she went above & beyond to make my experience the best I personally have ever had in my life with customer service. ❤️ I felt like she genuinely cared about my situation. I would 10/10 Recommend for anyone looking for a storage unit in the area .
Destiny NegronI wish I could leave a good review but this experience renting a storage unit has been terrible. Not only was the staff short with me every time I called concerning the massive upcharge but have not recieved to date any explaination of why the charges were increased . There were promises of price adjustments but to no end. Not to mention that I had added my wife on the contact list and she was not added. So in closing this review is written in the regret of choosing prime storage. So plz consumer if you or anyone you know needs a storage unit to rent DO NOT I mean DO NOT CHOOSE PRIME STORAGE . But if you want to loose money on a monthly basis by all means choose prime storage!
Steven BallAbsolute pleasure to do business with!. Auto pay was very easy to set up and if you call, you will speak with a human .They’ll also let you know if you forgot to lock your unit as they check all units nightly. Professional outfit!!! Highly recommended!!!
Carla PellettiereThis company has terrible customer service, with no staff or office to assist. I sent them an email informing them before the end of the month that the storage unit was going to be vacated without receiving any response with the steps to follow. Then, $139 corresponding to the following month was deducted from my bank account, which was already empty. We then called the company, which also has no one who can offer good service, telling me that they were not going to return my money. Now, I receive another email informing me that they will withdraw money from my account again. For new people who require this service, please go somewhere else and inform yourself before believing them.
leon deanI rented a 10×12 unit from them and in four months it went up $50 for no reason....the front of the unit was freezing most of the winter so I couldn't get into it when needed
