James helped me move into my unit and was super helpful and quick! We told him we were in a bit of a rush and he made sure that we were taken care of in good time. Facility is really clean and secure. It's also in a convenient location.
Having a truck available for local use is a huge convenience and worth 5 stars right there, but the customer service experience was phenomenal. More expensive than other options but worth it.
