I don’t normally write reviews, but this one is well-deserved. Prime Storage in Hyde Park has been one of the best storage experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like more than just another customer — I truly felt taken care of. I want to give a special shout-out to Anita, the General Manager. She is absolutely incredible. Professional, kind, and unbelievably helpful, she went above and beyond to make sure I understood my options and got exactly what I needed. You can tell she genuinely cares about people and takes pride in what she does. She made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable — which isn’t something you can usually say about moving and storage! The facility itself is clean, secure, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The units are spotless and the property feels very safe and well-maintained. The customer service alone would keep me coming back, but the quality of the facility really sealed the deal. If you’re looking for storage and want to be treated with respect, honesty, and true professionalism, this is the place. And if you get the chance to work with Anita, just know you’ll be in the best hands possible. She’s a blessing to this location and to every customer that walks through the door.

Prime Storage has been amazing! I’ve been a customer for over 5 years. I called ahead to ask for a little help opening my unit because I have a medical condition (hyperacusis) that makes loud, squeaky noises really difficult. The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating — she opened the gate for me, gave me privacy and time at my unit, and then came back to help close it when I was ready. She even told me I can call ahead anytime for assistance. Truly wonderful customer service. Highly recommend!
