Excellent Staff and Facilities
Sarina was very helpful. She answered all our questions and got us through the paperwork quickly. She returned phone calls promptly and was courteous and understanding of last minute rescheduling on our end. The 5 x 10 driveup unit we rented was spotless.

Christopher ZiolkowskiOkay, I'm a bit late leaving this one but I need to make sure that everybody knows about Sarina, here at the Walden avenue Lancaster location I bought my first storage auction from an app and all they told me to do was go to the location and pay but when I got there it was just a kiosk. There was no one to talk to so I called the phone number and actually got a human and I tell you right now it was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had Sarina knew exactly what needed to be done when it needed to be done and how it needed to be done and walked me through it step by step. It is because of her that I will be doing business with this company. Again, thank you for going above and beyond
