I'm extremely happy with the Life Storage in Manlius NY. The price is extremely reasonable it's very clean there's climate control it's got great security system as well as very nice polite gentleman that runs the storage place. I was impressed with everything about this place very professional. I would & will be most definitely recommending this place to everyone I know. After making arrangements through ES national, I was contacted by Jeff who manages the property locally. Once he understood my needs, he went above and beyond to accommodate. He is both knowledgeable and very professional. Having Jeff on sight, as well as the security features at Extra Space, gives me peace of mind. He gets five stars! The reason for four stars is due to pricing transparency, which has nothing to do with Jeff. There are additional unexpected fees charged during the booking process, which increases the cost significantly.
