The location is SUPER convenient - near all the major highways. Super secure with the gate, nice area. Stephanie is PHENOMENAL. She is super patient and explains all the policies. It's like a one stop shop and even has moving supplies!!

I apologize for the delay in posting this review, but I didn’t want to miss the chance to recognize the incredible help we received from Tim G., the Store Manager at Storage Sense in Middletown, NY. Back in December, my husband and I were in the middle of a very stressful move from New Hampshire to Georgia. Tim went above and beyond to help us find a storage unit that would accommodate our trailer, which was not an easy task. What really stood out was his willingness to personally help us back the trailer into the unit — with only a few inches of clearance on either side! His patience, skill, and genuine kindness made a huge difference during a hectic and emotional time for us. It’s rare to come across someone who cares that much about helping customers. Tim truly turned a stressful moment into a positive experience, and we’re incredibly grateful. Storage Sense is lucky to have him managing their Middletown location. Thank you again, Tim!

Kevin KavanaghFirst got my unit in 2012, the rate was $125 a month. My current rate is $323 a month. It seems at least twice a year recently the rent just goes up and up with little to no changes to the units at all. To anyone looking for a storage unit for long time id highly recommend price shopping as you can 100% a drastic increase in a short time

You can see her pride displayed in how beautifully she has decorated her little office - it is adorable!
