The staff were great and helpful prices are fair
The staff were great and helpful. The property manager Christina was professional knowledgeable and offered great tips and advice. The property was clean and good condition. The website as easy to use for my reservation. I changed my date to come a day early with no problems. They were ready for me and it took no longer than 15 minutes to get set up. I would highly recommend this place. The prices were fair as well. Can't forget that that.

Public storage has been my number one “go to” storage facility amongst the many in the tri state area and honestly it’s because of one individual at Monsey Public Storage, Joe. He makes the storage unit renting experience a breeze and he is extremely kind and has a lot of knowledge in everything involving public storage. What differs with the other storage brands facilities and Public storage in Monsey is the effort and pleasant approach of the employees. At the other facilities it seems like the workers there don’t care or they put no effort into maintaining the area and show zero effort when it comes to communication with the customers. But here at Monsey Public storage, it’s always clean and the units are all in great shape. And I dont know if it’s my luck that I always run into Joe whenever I come to my storage unit, but every time I do, he is always enthusiastic to resolve my concerns or questions when ever I bring them up with him. I’m noticing many other people in the reviews have said the same exact or similar things and It’s not by coincidence. Joe really is profesional and easy going when resolving any issues I may have. Most businesses don’t even show half of the effort and that is why I am a Public storage customer and plan to be for a long time. Public storage has my business 💯! We served together in Kuwait, where he had already been there for a year when I arrived, honestly scared out of my mind. From day one, he stepped up as my team leader and made an impact I’ll never forget. This man saved my life more than once through selfless acts and unwavering resilience. He showed all of us what it truly takes to survive and look out for one another. Seeing him again after all this time and realizing he’s still the same person, still looking out for me meant a lot.
