Even before we checked in I received a friendly call from the Manager offering new other options if we needed them. They were very accommodating about holding an extra unit until we came to look at it. Once there, the check in was easy, location was perfect and Fred was pleasant, friendly and efficient. So far, a great experience and would recommend.
The staff was extremely helpful and courteous with a situation that could have been a complete nightmare for me.
The storage facility was clean and well-kept. Jeff, the manager was very knowledgeable and gave great customer service.
Great customer service help. Very fast and simple
The person behind the desk was very pleasant, their prices are competitive and they offer a 1st month special, the price for moving needs (packaging, bags etc) is cheaper than the competition. I would definitely recommend it, the only bad thing is the entrance that is small so if there is a truck or more than one car waiting to enter you have to wait on the road, but that is not a big deal.
