There wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t anyone in the office when we arrived (during the scheduled hours) and it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t until we called the main line that someone showed up. He was nice and helpful but when we had a question after moving the stuff in he again wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t in the office. We did find him but a business that posts office hours on their front door ought to actually have someone in the office. No?
The unit was very hard to find and the numbers were even worse to look for! The lift was not working at all, very inconvenient because the unit is on the 2nd floor and I was given the WRONG unit! No one to be found on premises
