I love stack n store. The staff are helpful and personable. The space is clean and looks very well maintained. However, in just over a year my rates have been put up well over 100% - on each of my two units. I believe the rate increase I received today is the fourth one. And each time it goes up significantly. So I will be Reconsidering my relationship with them, and I warn people to carefully read the Fine print carefully and get something locked into place so you are not hit with ridiculous increases. They have me hostage because I’m not in the country. Really disappointed

Brian, who was at the front desk, was very friendly, pleasant, and got me all set up while explaining everything I needed to know. The facility is super clean and the units are easy to get to. It’s modern, lights come on as you walk, and the unit doors work so smoothly, it feels like no effort at all. The location is great, right on Rte 22, in Patterson/Brewster, and last week they started having U-Haul rentals as well, very convenient! My whole experience was most agreeable and I feel good about my stuff being stored cleanly and safely.I highly recommend

Renter beware, I moved my belongings into stacking store in Patterson, New York. In 15 months they raised my rate four times doubling the rent. Each time discussing the rent increase as unreasonable. Each time they negotiated with me however my rent went up 200% in 15 months They tease you with a low rent introductory offer and then every four months you get a rent increase.. I removed my belongings and took them elsewhere. I do not recommend stacking and store Patterson, New York.

Our experience with this Stack n Stor location has been stellar. Very easy and quick process to reserve a unit online and then complete check in at the location. Very safe, gated property with access to the storage unit area using a key fob. You will need your own lock to secure your unit but they sell them in the office if you forget. The woman who checked us in was very nice. The facility is clean and well kept. On one of our move days, we met the manager who was cleaning the floors and was super friendly. It was nice to see that he is hands on in keeping the facility clean and tidy. They have very competitive pricing and will price match! We got a 10x20 unit for our 2 bedroom house and it was easily able to hold all of our furniture and belongings. The ceilings are very high so you are literally able to stack boxes, chairs etc and utilize the space. Overall, would highly recommend. Only wish they had more locations.
