Amazing customer service. Made a few billing mistakes, and lost my key but they were fair and didn’t charge me extra. Items were safe, dry, and no signs of tampering or security issues. Stored clothing and sensitive electronics for 6+ months successfully.

Lee DegnanThis place is rodent infested. I've rented to rodents that peed and pooped all over the furniture i was hoping to use after renovations in my house. Do not keep couches, clothes, bedding, or anything that you might want to use because it'll be a biohazard before you could ever use it again. Also, they raise the rent every 6 months or so.
