Too many rent increases
They have increased my rent twice in the last 6 months. I'm paying twice as much for a 5 × 5 than what they are advertising now.

I run an entertainment media company, and one of the big things that we do is provide live sound for events. I worked in the offices on the first floor of the building on 3 Neptune Road while my storage unit was on the second floor, so it made storing and accessing my live sound equipment seamless. I'm now in the process of moving operations to a larger facility, so I am moving out of my downstairs office and upstairs storage unit. That's what comes with growth, but I am so grateful that I had Prime Storage to help me in the last chapter of my life and business. Each time I had a question or concern, for example with package deliveries, Sam addressed it immediately. The facility is kept clean and very tidy. Staff is curtious and friendly. Sam is very attentive and goes out of her way to address your needs.
