I went into the store and the lady who was there was so kind and sweet and explain everything very slow for anyone to understand she showed me my unit and I just loved it. It was so quick and easy.

A clean place with hospitable employees!!!
The last facility I used in Brooklyn was so awful that the rats got in and chewed up all my clothes. However this storage company keeps the place very clean and I believe my things are safe. The employees are always helpful and courteous. It's so nice to deal with folks that don't take their bad day out on the customers. Yes, I really like this place!

Amazing customer service with exceptional pricing your and review of contractﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ thank you ﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ also I actually made reservations with extra space storage and they were closed on a Sunday and did not show that on their website so I pulled up with a truck. So then I scanned the Internet and found you guys I called the number nice gentleman help me reserved it and then I pulled up and unpacked my stuff and you guys saved today thank you so much itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s hard living on your own in New York City let alone moving by yourself I do wish the single file by fives were on the lower ground however I still manage to get everything I needed to do to your steps which we easily to be used thank you so much
