I'm a veteran storage-user, and have had good luck and not-so-good luck. I found that my move-in to Uncle Bob's proceeded smoothly, with a minimum of bother. The clerk was friendly and efficient. When I told her I was Deaf, she jotted notes for me. The paperwork went smoothly. Since I only had a few items to store, I needed the smallest possible space, and that's what I rented. There are large dollies for use on the premises. The storage area was clean (in fact, the floor was mopped while I was moving in, as it was close to office-closing time). And I appreciate its being climate-controlled. I have had the experience of things in storage getting mildewed and infested with mice, and it's a blessing to know that the storage area is clean, climate-controlled, and secure.
