Do not use the place. They are not to be trusted! We had a unit that we had on auto payments since opening in September. Well thankfully my fiancé pays attention and noticed they didn’t take out the 8th of this month. He was quick to call but they were closed over the weekend, so he called this morning to hear that his account has been closed out because our locker was found empty with the lock open. We quickly called the police, which told us to go straight there and he will follow that way we can check it! The officer went inside to notify the front desk and at that time he was told it was empty, The manager saw his own eyes and it was rented out. Thankful for the officer and his Sergeant that pressed and told him that this locker needs to be open that technically it’s still our locker but if he don’t cut it, they will after waiting an extremely long time for the manager to get the OK by phone. he finally agreed to open the locker. Once he cut open the locker. We were surprised to see all our stuff was still in there and after using our key on the cut locker, we were surprised to find out was actually our lock on it! we were told he saw his own eyes that it was emptied and closed out. We were also told it was rented out to someone else, but after being broken open and forced by police, we find our stuff in there Sounds like a scam being ran and we’re grateful to have our items back but wanna make sure this doesn’t happen to anybody else sounds like they take off auto payment hoping nobody notices till the 30 days are up and then they supposedly auction off a.k.a. steal your items. Not sure but whatever is going on here is definitely not ok! Disgusting and this business should be ashamed of themselves.

The gentleman, Ed I spoke to was extremely friendly and patient. I had a little issue with my card, and he was very nice about it. The unit is also very nice. I got the 5x8, yes it is at the top, but it’s very spacious and worth the price.

Mike at the Shirley location was very professional and accommodating even though I got "excited" (for lack of better words) , when I heard my rate was being increased and told them I cannot continue renting a unit so Mr Mike went above and beyond and accommodated my rate to my original cost for the unit and if it wasn't for Mr Mike and his professional composer along with his results that he got from me I would have been moving my things out at the end of the month now I will be keep my property here indefinitely until I find a home large enough and don't need a storage unit at all... Thanks again Mike!
