Should have been a lot less aggravating
Reserved indoor unit for $50/mth w 1st month free thru SpareFoot. Email confirm. Called & told no units avail. They had same units available but at a higher price. I complained. Employee had to get management involved. After hour of BS, was given outdoor unit. Then hit w hidden insurance charge. I refused. Only then told homeowners could cover it. Hassle w that approval. Told I would get a discount for 2nd month for the trouble. Worker claimed no knowledge. Runaround from everyone.

You just go in Pay and pull up and unload and then the rest of the night. it goes very smoothly. I love prime Storage and everyone that works here is fantastic.

Martin R Corsa JrPrices are fair. I think the units need a update.(updating as far as the doors are very hard to open and the damaged units need to be replaced and maybe some more cameras) The office is very well organized and the staff is friendly. I would recommend them.
