I had trouble reserving a unit online, and decided to go to the Extra Space facility in-person to secure one. My efforts had apparently been partially successful because my information was in the system. Not sure of her title - Facility Manager? - but Jackie got my reservation completed for me and ensured that I got the online rate. When she showed me the unit, she used a leaf blower to give it a 'final sweep'. She checked on us a little later while I was unloading my trailer, and called me the next day for additional signatures and asked again if everything was ok with the unit. Couldn't be happier with value for price, but especially with the level of service and care that Jackie demonstrated!
