10 Federal Storage - 12004 Trinity Rd - Trinity

Kind of in out of the way area, no other businesses or homes close by, lots of old tree branches, weeds, overgrown tree limbs hanging over my storage space #29, needs raking up debris, mowing of grassy areas, possibly restriping parking lot spaces. In general just make the place look ( lived in ) otherwise itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a good storage facility, one other thing would be if local police/sheriff dept. came by and drove thru the place occasionally!! Thanks

I didn't realize that the facility didn't have a person available in the office. Even without someone available the process was very easy. I called customer service because it looked like my reservation didn't go through. They very quickly helped me and stayed in the phone until my issue was resolved. Sometimes systems mess up but getting the issues resolved quickly when a mistake is made, that's Customer Service & Beyond.
