Max at the facility was great.
Hands down best part of my move from FL the manager was so kind. He let me sit in the building while I waited the hour and half for my movers. He directed the movers so they could easily access the storage unit and quickly unload. Facility is clean and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend !!
The move in process was very efficient and the office administrator was very friendly and informative. I felt like they had everything ready to make the process run smoothly.
It was exactly what I wanted and very affordable. The manager was great and very helpful!

Do not use this facility if you don’t want your stuff covered in mold. We had our stuff in for over a year. When we went to pick it up, the doors weren’t shutting the wide open all day throughout the summer. Nobody notified about it. Everything covered in mold when we went to go get it. We had insurance ourselves. But they wouldn’t take the insurance and was charging us for their insurance. Then in September, they finally accepted our insurance. And then we went and got the stuff in October. They were saying that they weren’t responsible that it was on our insurance. Who had only had it for 15 days. So they refused. Believe it’s about time to contact our attorney. If you really want to make it right, and would like more information. I have video. Pictures of all damaged items. We have a 5 month old. At the time he was 3 months old. We couldn’t bring this molded stuff into the house. Now we don’t have the dressers we needed. Don’t have the coffee table. My wife had a close friend die. Her mom gave an old school roll top bread chest. My email, phone number and address are in your systems. We have been waiting for an adjuster that got all out information back in Oct. We are one of the companies that was called to do work for you guys. The way your facility management do the payouts. There is no way that we were able to pay for materials and do the labor. Then wait 90 days to receive payment. That’s what I was told when they called about the truck that hit a wall and took most of it out. This was also in the end of September early October. Even if you don’t replace our items. I find it very wrong that not only did we have to take everything we owned to the landfill, but also the money we paid for the useless storage for a year and a half. I could have put them in the front yard wrapped with plastic and got the same results and saved over a stack. It is not right. I can see that people have complained about this same issue for months. I wish we would have looked at the reviews sooner.
IF YOU PLAN ON STORING BELONGINGS HERE OR ALREADY HAVE READ THIS!!! I wish I could give 0 stars. These units are advertised as “Climate Controlled” but the doors don’t work so they stay open constantly and the HVAC units also don’t work. The employees up front let me know these issues have been brought up several times over the course of months to the higher ups and the issues keep getting dismissed and pushed off. Due to the negligence damage has been caused to not only my property, but also the property of others as seen in other reviews. I will attach images of the MOLD and MILDEW GROWING ON MY FURNITURE after only being in the unit for four months!! This entire time I was paying for a climate controlled unit, and was not aware the HVAC units and doors did not work, knowingly to the company!! This issue was not communicated to tenants! I brought this to the attention of the manager and was told that it states in the contract the company owners are not responsible for mold or mildew and damages that exist outside of their control, but several months worth of reported AND DISMISSED issues with not working equipment coupled with false advertisement is within company and owner control, and qualifies as negligence and violates informed consumer rights. I spoke with a legal firm and they said unfortunately companies and insurances with companies like this exploit the fact that legal action would exceed the cost of property damage for one person and would therefore be more costly to individuals to do anything about cases of negligence that affect renters and their belongings. Don’t store stuff here unless you want mold and would like to pay for an insurance that won’t actually cover damages!!
Is the unit fine and convenient? Yeah, sure, and so are hundreds of others within an hour of the area. OBVIOUSLY we knew the introductory offer was just to get our foot through the door. We aren't stupid. However, what we DIDN'T expect was for the unit price to almost double in just six months of having it. Two rental increases in six months is just INSANE. Not knowing what to expect for the next six months or six years we're no longer using this unit and will be moving our stuff to a different one asap.
Complex is very poorly maintained with several buildings having damaged doors that do not close. As a result they are not secure, they are not climate controlled and in my instance had water intrude my unit causing damage. This has been going on for over a year with my complaints being blown off. I had items that were a total loss and was forced to move out of both units at my expense to a better storage facility. The entire year I was ripped off paying for a secure climate controlled storage that Was not provided. All I was told by facility manager at the complex is that corporate is aware about the doors. My complaint is not about the manager but the corporation. Renters beware!!!!!!! I would not recommend Prime Storage to anyone.
I have been using a unit at Prime Storage-Supply for about 2 years. The facilities are well maintained. In the office, Max is an absolute gem. He is always pleasant and responsive whenever I have a question or an issue.
