Angelique KarleWhen this facility was Roll-Up Storage, I rated it 5 stars. Since the takeover by Storage Sense, however, my experience has dropped to a 0. Communication about the transition was poor, and ongoing communication has been even worse. The local phone number no longer works, and being directed to text a random number for assistance is not helpful when I need to speak with someone directly. Attempting to resolve issues without access to a real person has been frustrating and time-consuming. Overall, the lack of reliable customer service and clear communication has made this a very disappointing experience.
