Easy & secure. Staff on phone always nice and professional. Clean unit. Did have issues w/mice or rats getting into some of my things. I wouldn't expect less. The do try and prevent this with bait boxes. Easy access and plenty of space for loading/unloading. Will use this place again if needed...
