Good price for a 5 x 10 unit. The customer service is excellent. The units are drive-up within a fenced-in area, very convenient for fast packing/unpacking. There are many security cameras around the facility. 4/5 stars because the gate is manual, with a combination padlock that closes a heavy link chain. You have to get out of your vehicle, shut it off so no one jumps in and drives off with it, unlock the gate, pull it over, start your vehicle, drive it in, get out, lug the gate closed, and put the padlock on again so no unwanted intruders come unaware while you are packing/unpacking. Then you have to repeat the reverse process when leaving.
