The gentleman is super friendly and fair! You canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t beat the price. Very clean and all around good vibes! I have used a few different storage units in the past, and I can already tell this one is by far the best! Open 24 hours 365 days is very rare to find but definitely helps when you work nights and can only go after work!
The manager was very accommodating and sincere. He took the time to go over all the paperwork and the do's and dont's. He personally took me to the unit and made sure it was what I needed. The entire facility was clean and easily accessible. I particularly like the 24 hour gate access. Very pleased with my decision to use Bear Creek Storage!
When I got the call from the Mgr. to set up an appointment he was very understanding to my needs. As soon as I got there he showed me the location of the space I requested and began to do the paperwork. He made sure I understood everything and had no questions. He made sure I had everything needed to make this a pleasant transaction.
Very willing to make our situation work despite our odd hours. They held onto a unit for us and made the check in as simple as possible. Easy to talk to and answered every question. Will recommend to friends.
I have no issues with this place! Owner is a cool down to earth guy. Building is clean and works properly. Gated in for security. Recommended :-)
