Easy to access our units. Carts are very helpful. The staff has been so helpful especially when we needed to change our plans.
The manager was very friendly and treated me like a valued customer. He was very thorough in explaining the contract and how policies work. I wish the website had mentioned the $9/month mandatory insurance, which is a lot for a storage locker where the rent is $9/month. But overall, I'm very happy and feel good about my decision to store items here.
Very pleased with the service and time spent there.
