Gaby was very helpful to me and I felt like we were good friends. The down side is that it was very difficult to get a hold of anybody when I phoned. I tried several times and different phone numbers, and the phone continuously would ring. But kudos to Gaby.
Jungle NileI was extremely reluctant at first, but after calling several times I finally utilized a unit and none of the potential problems I'd expected ever arose. Every person I spoke with over the 3 month period was very professional, helpful, and kind. I can't remember everyone, but I do remember Diane and Jeremy, they were great! I am very glad I used Forward Storage, and the location I used had great discounts. The location at Brice's Creek was were I went, and I'm sure I saved more money than I spent by going there. Bobby CadleFriendly service. However, Lisa quoted me $50 but then when I talked to Diana the price was $55. Not a big deal to me since I only need the unit for 2 to 3 months. Move in special was nice at $1.
