A big shout out to Whitney and Jeff who made the whole process of storing our RV on their premises. The whole process went smoothly due to these two individuals who are very friendly and knowledgeable about the whole process of storing at Prime Storage.

I've been greeted by 3-4 different staff at Prime Storage, and each time have been treated with the utmost kindness, thoughtfulness, patience, and helpfulness! I'd never used a storage facility before and the preparations to move my possessions from my home to storage had left me overwhelmed. Your staff helped make this such a positive experience. Whitney was amazing!!!! I live in Florida and went to the new facility here in Davenport, FL. She had everything done quickly, showed me the unit, and went over everything! If I could give them more stars I would. Highly recommended.
Tyler MayThe facility itself is well-maintained (4/5), and the front desk staff—specifically the woman who assisted me—was consistently helpful and understanding. She is the reason this isn't a 1-star review. Unfortunately, the corporate business practices are highly frustrating and my experience was marred by exhausting pricing tactics. I rented a unique "combined" unit at a promotional rate of $160/month. I started at $160/month, but spent the next year constantly negotiating as the system automatically triggered massive rate hikes every few months. Within a year, the company attempted to raise my rates by 50–100% every 2–3 months. After negotiating a $300 hike down to $209, they attempted to raise it back to $300 just three months later. I was told these hikes were due to "100% occupancy" for my unit type—which is ironic, as I occupied the only unit of that kind. Raising rates based on supply and demand is one thing, but it feels predatory when the "demand" is just a single long-term tenant. Finally, when I moved out, they refused to show any flexibility on their 15-day termination policy, attempting to charge me the full $300 for just a few extra days. Great local service, but the corporate pricing model is designed to squeeze tenants. The local staff, front desk woman is wonderful and clearly understands these situations, but they can only do so much against an automated corporate system. Be prepared to fight for your rate every few months if you store here.
