I truly appreciate her care and how went above and beyond! Next, the facility was clean and well kept, inside and outside. Easy to find as well. The atmosphere and the overall procurement of a rental space experience was outstanding from beginning to end. I was dreading the task of having to search for a storage space in the area but happened into Extra Space Storage where I met Julia. She was very welcoming , professional, customer centered and knowledgeable. Originally I was just looking to see what the prices were in the area but after meeting Julia who answered all my questions with transparency and without hesitation, I knew I was at the right place and decided to rent here. I am so glad I did. The facility is clean and very well maintained. I appreciate the safety features and the presence of an elevator on site. I would and will recommend this facility to anyone seeking storage space in the area.

I visited Extra Space Storage this week. I must say it was a pleasure to be able to have Julia assist me with leasing a storage unit. She was professional, experienced, respectful, and humorous. I was able to provide her with the amount of items I needed to store and she informed me of a storage unit that would have adequate space for my belongings. She gave me a tour of the unit to so I could know what to expect. She made the process to get a storage unit seamless and worthwhile. If you are looking for some storage in or near Spring Lake, I recommend going to Extra Space Storage and hopefully you will get the opportunity to have Julia assist you with your storage adventure. It was great to be able to get a spacious and climate controlled unit, that is protected with gates and requires a PIN to enter the unit area.
